when will my box ship?
When your box ships will depend on when you ordered and what type of box you have selected. example: if you order between May 12 and June 12 you are ordering a June box and it will ship mid-June.
If you purchase a single box (mystery boxes, bath and body box) they ship within 48 hours. Special Edition boxes generally arrive by the holiday or if it's a book focused special edition, it ships on the pub date.

- We only ship to the USA and Canada currently and we are located in Vancouver, BC.
- Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia take anywhere from 2-4 days for delivery. Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the USA can range from 6-9 days.
