when will my box ship?
If you are subscribing, pay attention to the product description as it will tell you which box you are ordering. example: if you order between May 12 and June 12 you are ordering a June box which will ship June 15th-20th.
Keep in mind, this is just a general guideline. Sometimes if items arrive early, we will ship earlier. On the flip side if items arrive damaged or are delayed, we may ship later. We have to roll with the punches so cannot give a precise time.

You should receive an email with tracking when we ship your box. Be sure to check your junk/spam folders in case it slides in there and you can always check your account for order status and tracking numbers.
Single boxes: If you purchase a single Indulge, Mini, or Coffee box, these ship the same time as subscriptions. If you purchase a Mystery Box or Shop Items they should ship within 1-2 business days.
Special Edition boxes generally arrive by the holiday or if it's a book focused special edition, it ships on the pub date of the book.

- We only ship Canada currently and we are located in Vancouver, BC.
- Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia take anywhere from 2-4 days for delivery. Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the USA can range from 6-9 days.
