WONDERING WHEN YOUR BOX WILL SHIP?
INDULGE, BLISS or COFFEE BOX SUBSCRIPTIONS - we aim to ship our boxes between the 10-15th every month. Example: If you order on January 9th-February 9th, you are ordering our February box which will ship between Feb 10-15th. If you order between February 9th - March 9th, you are ordering the March box which ships March 10 - 15th and so on... If there are any delays, we will note details below.
SINGLE BOXES - if you ordered a gift box, build a box, mystery box, birthday box, or coffee lovers gift box: these items will typically ship within1-2 business days from the time of your purchase.
SPECIAL EDITION BOXES - these boxes are generally pre-orders and don't ship until the publish date of the book. we will update this page with details about upcoming boxes so check back soon :)
CURRENT DELAYS OR UPDATES:
- JULY 16 2024: Customers who selected the books The Game Changer or July Surprise Book and all Gift Subscriptions may experience some delays due to a shortage of one of our items. We have contacted the vendor and they are on the way. I have sent an email out with details, please check your spam/junk folders for more details. These boxes are expected to be shipped at the end of next week (July 24-26). Stay tuned to this page for further updates.
MORE IMPORTANT DETAILS:
- We only ship to the USA and Canada currently and we are located in Vancouver, BC.
- Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia take anywhere from 2-4 days for delivery. Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the USA can range from 6-9 days.
