when will my box ship?
When your box ships will depend on when you ordered and what type of box you have selected. example: if you order between May 12 and June 12 you are ordering a June box and it will ship mid-June. The timing really depends on when items and books arrive. If they arrive on time, we start shipping early but sometimes there is damage and delays that we need to deal with last minute. we appreciate your patience.
If you purchase a single box (mystery boxes, bath and body box) they ship within 48 hours. Special Edition boxes generally arrive by the holiday or if it's a book focused special edition, it ships on the pub date.

- We only ship to the USA and Canada currently and we are located in Vancouver, BC.
- Alberta, Manitoba, Saskatchewan and British Columbia take anywhere from 2-4 days for delivery. Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Quebec and the USA can range from 6-9 days.
